About Me

How is life for you at the moment? We all experience those times when we feel lost or disconnected. Events can get on top of us, and we become anxious, depressed, or sad, and we can’t find our way forward. This is when counselling can help.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, and I am able to offer you a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space for you to speak about your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling is a talking therapy, and when we are troubled, talking is really important because it is a way of reflecting in a safe and confidential space. The aim of our sessions together is to help you to become more self-aware, with greater self-esteem and have more control over how you approach and react to life.
I come from an Asian background (Hindu) and understand issues within that culture and between that culture and others. These can affect the way we live and our mental well-being. I also speak fluent Gujarati.
